Currently, three expansion options provide a choice for S/PDIF and TOS-Link optical digital interfacing, true MIDI ports with 5 pin DIN connectors, connection of wavetable daughterboards and even an integrated Waldorf microWAVE PC synthesizer. The AudioSystem EWS 64 L provides all the features that you would expect in a soundcard and a whole lot more… The bundled software includes Steinbergs Cubasis AV-XL for hard disk recording and MIDI sequencing, Mixman Studio for easy creation of professional quality dance music and Internet Phone from Vocaltec. Compatibility includes AdLib, SoundBlaster, SoundBlaster Pro, Windows Sound System and DirectX 5.0 with hardware acceleration of DirectSound and 4 channel output with DirectSound3D.
