Sony advances the state of the art for portable CD burning with the industry's first combo CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive including a Memory Stick media slot and USB 2.0 connectivity. The new CRXP-90MU sports blazing 24X max. CD-R burning, 10X max. CD-RW recording, and 24X max. CD-ROM reading and 8X max. DVD-ROM reading in a slim external form factor. Also included is Sony's new enhanced Power-BurnT CD recording management system. Power-Burn technology takes the worry out of CD burning by eliminating buffer-underrun and optimizing the burn to the brand and type of CD-R/RW disc used. Power-Burn technology also reduces writing errors due to mechanical shock and scratches/fingerprints on the disc.
