The installation for your disk-based product includes: Review of all mechanical aspects of your hardware installation; Set up and basic configuration; Configuration of all required interfaces; Verification and configuration of drive attachments; Verification of performance utilizing Overland simulation equipment; Demonstrate functionality to end-user for acceptance. Level 2 Installation does not include configuration/optimization with the End-User's other backup hardware or software.
