Contacting the Nortel Networks Call Center is all that is needed for a FRU to be dispatched to your site. Based on your network design, the service ensures that the FRUs will be available and delivered in a timeframe which meets your business requirements. The Managed Spares Services Pack removes or significantly reduces the costs associated with geographically dispersed warehousing space, staff across these locations and the systems and processes to manage the spares inventory. With this Pack you have access to Nortel Networks FRUs and have no need to maintain your own spares inventory.
