Intel server chassis, with industry-leading Intel Pentium III Xeon performance, meet the needs of critical business applications. They are designed from the ground up for high reliability, accessibility, easy integration, and the ability to expand to keep up with business demands. Ideal for Intel Pentium III Xeon processor-based server solutions, the Cabrillo-C server chassis provides 1200 watts of total power supply capacity of which 800 watts are "redundant" for enhanced server uptime and data availability. In addition, the Cabrillo-C chassis features a hot-swap Ultra2 SCSI hard drive bay. These features enable a technician to add or change critical components while the server is still running. As a result, there is minimal business downtime. Excessive heat is one of the leading causes of server component failures. For this reason, the Cabrillo-C server chassis has been designed with an expansive cooling solution. It is equipped with seven fans which are positioned strategically to ensure cooling of processors, hard drives, power supplies and other key server components.
