IBM Netfinity Fiber Channel storage products support data transfer speeds up to 100MBps at distances up to 10km (6.2 miles) to support the ever-increasing storage and transfer demands of your system - today and tomorrow. Netfinity Fiber Channel RAID Controller Unit contains a standard Fiber Channel RAID controller that converts FCAL to LVDS so that greater distances and higher SCSI transfers speeds can be supported in the Netfinity EXP storage units. Flexibility and scalability allow you to attach up to 15 devices per channel enabling you to expand your system to meet growing business requirements while protecting your current investment.
