This tape library from IBM has up to 980GB data storage capacity. It includes two removable 7-cartridge magazines (up to 70GB compressed capacity per cartridge) and provides up to 980GB total capacity for mid-range to high-end servers. Besides, it includes a single DLT tape drive which can be upgraded to up to three DLT drives with the addition of the drive option, providing faster transfer of data through concurrent read-write operations. The barcode reader can provide positive cartridge identification and inventory when coupled with supporting application software. Front-panel LCD display and operator control panel provide ease of use. The device supports a wide variety of backup/restore software. The stealth black color of the library makes it match your Netfinity Server.
