With the advent of the 3D Prophet III, gamers finally had a card that could produce the right level of visual splendor required to enjoy their games the way they were intended. Hercules takes this game quality up another notch. Introducing the 3D Prophet III Ti 200. Powered by NVidia's GeForce3 Titanium GPU, the Ti 200 brings two additional features to the game; shadow buffer technology and 3D textures. The shadow buffer stores mapped objects that are then accessed like a texture, offering faster and more efficient representations of arbitrarily complex scenes, soft shadow edges, or self-shadowing of objects during the game. The 3D texture technology allows for more flexibility, performance and ease of implementation than traditional texturing techniques.
