The AXIS 7000 Network Document Server, hooked up to a scanner, allows you to instantly transform paper documents, pictures or forms into digital format and send them to e-mail addresses, file servers, or to the Web with URL reference. It gives you, in other words, a very easy, safe and cost effective way to distribute paper documents, whilst also enabling their swift and efficient archiving and management. E-mail has fast become the common platform for sharing information electronically. But ordinary printed paper documents clearly to do not lend themselves to this method.
