The dual slot architecture allows you to provide both 11 Mbps and/or 54 Mbps connectivity for your wireless users, making this an ideal solution for Enterprise customers. With this flexibility, you can protect your investment by using high-performance, 2.4 GHz radio cards now, and plan for even better performance when you're ready to upgrade with 5 GHz radio technology. The Wireless AP-3 not only delivers great performance but also provides you with security capabilities to help ensure the confidentiality of your wireless transmissions. With the AP-3 and the Avaya Wireless "Good, Better, Best" security system, you can choose from Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP), all the way to Virtual Private Network (VPN) over wireless, to meet your security requirements.
