APC On-Site Support Service program extends the standard warranty (as defined in user manual) of your APC UPS or Power Array Systems by 1 to 3 years for a total coverage period of 3 to 5 years. The On-Site Support Service also provides for Next Business Day on site repair service should your unit fail.
